What is Resource Management?
Most companies routinely generate, use and dispose of a variety of materials. Many of these items are recyclable, universal/restricted waste and/or items that have disposal alternatives that would avoid or reduce waste related costs and divert these materials from the landfill.
Resource Management (RM) is a service designed to manage all of your company’s resources and works to develop and achieve your waste reduction goals.
Materials most often dealt with►
- Recyclables – metals, plastic, wood, glass, cardboard, shrink-wrap, etc.
- Proprietary materials – confidential documents, goods and products.
- Non-proprietary materials – office supplies, furniture, non-confidential, etc.
- Scrap/construction – miscellaneous general waste.
- Spent materials (wires, piping, scrap metal).
- Non-compliant/out-dated material-
FRG first seeks “paying” alternatives for any qualifying goods. Secondly, we examine any “no-cost” options. Lastly, the “lowest-cost” removal choices are sought out.
RM also includes internal corporate resources such as staff efforts, labor time and associated costs for managing vendors, auditing and paying invoices, etc.
As an independent waste/recycling management company, FRG aligns our efforts with your corporate goals and focuses on providing solutions for capturing, removing and appropriately disposing of all your waste/recycling materials.
