Client One

FRG was hired in 1998 to develop and manage Client’s waste disposal and recycling program. FRG saved Client over $80,000.00 in the first year of management. As Client grew and acquired more facilities, FRG expanded program to these new sites. At the height of Client’s presence FRG was managing the waste stream for 18 facilities. In 1999, Client added their satellite facilities in Southern California, Washington State and Colorado to the FRG system.

Client Two

FRG was hired in 1999 to cut disposal costs and increase the amount of material recycled at the Client’s facilities. Total building count was 14.

FRG Implemented an aggressive recycling program and developed methods for increasing the amount of materials collected from inside the building while actually reducing the amount of labor needed to handle the additional volume. Client’s disposal costs decreased over $5,000.00 per month.

Client’s savings today is over $100,000.00 annually with an average diversion rate of 80%.

 

Client Three

FRG won the bid out of a field of 10 potential vendors to supply Client with Waste and Recycling management services for 55 buildings in the Santa Clara valley and 8 buildings in Petaluma, CA.

Through aggressive rate negotiations, intense waste stream auditing and ongoing monitoring, FRG was able to save Client in excess of $ 600,000.00 on their disposal costs in the first year of management alone. FRG has expanded its’ services to Client through the addition of universal/restricted waste and E-Scrap programs and has also implemented an aggressive compost program. This helped increase the amount of material diverted from the landfill by an additional 8%.

Client currently maintains an average diversion rate of over 75% and FRG has reduced the annual waste disposal budget by over $1,000,000.00 annually.


Client Four

Client needed one vendor to handle all aspects of waste and recycling disposal at their 10 California facilities and 5 buildings in Oregon. They selected FRG because of our ability to create the proper disposal strategy for their unique operations.

Client entrusts FRG to manage all non-hazardous materials, including trash, fiber, precious metals, plastics and wood. Client also utilizes FRG’s services to collect and disassemble many of the obsolete tools and products they manufacture. By doing this, FRG captures all recyclable components and insures that any proprietary components are properly destroyed and disposed of.

Annual savings are in excess of $100,000.00 with an average diversion rate of over 85%
